Issued by: David Labs
ARTICLE 1: Scope of Use
The ZOIE Basic edition is free for users , with no time-based restrictions on product access.
Users are granted access to the three foundational modules:
Patient Registration
Appointment Booking
Basic Encounter Workflow
Data generated in the Basic edition is retained for 7 days only. After 7 days of inactivity or use, the system automatically purges simulation data, unless upgraded to a paid plan.
All additional features—including but not limited to billing, lab management, notifications, and analytics—are considered Over The Top (OTT) services and are only accessible:
via modular purchases, or
through the David Next subscription plan.
Use beyond 2 users requires a valid commercial license or active pay-as-you-go subscription.
David Labs reserves the right to monitor usage and enforce these constraints via technical controls and legal remedies.
ARTICLE 2: Customization and Extension
Users may customize ZOIE to align with internal workflows, subject to system compatibility.
All modifications must use the officially published extension interfaces ("pathways"), governed by David Labs.
These interfaces are subject to version control, compatibility updates, and deprecation policies as published in platform documentation.
Customizations that bypass, override, or circumvent governed interfaces are considered non-compliant, and do not receive official support or license protections.
